Blessing Refuge Ministries, registered by the government of Tamil Nadu, India, was established in 1999 in Cheyyar, Thiruvannamalai district, Tamil Nadu, India, by the abounding grace and clear vision from God given to Pastor Jeremiah Daniel, the founder and President of BRM.
